Yes, we can provide staff head shots free of charge. This must be organised prior to the event to allow the teams to plan their workflow.

We only photograph children that have signed up online. This allows us to obtain consent, email addresses to send galleries to.

Families can sign up/register their child or children online with the link provided to the centre.

Yes, if siblings attend the centre we will attempt to take some photos of them together.

Children aged 0-3 will have a collage style class photo. Pre Kinder and Kinder rooms will have 1 classic sit down class photo on the busiest day as well as a collage of all children who attend over the week.

Yes, one month prior to the photo event we will email you posters, sign up pages for each room and suggested text for an email to be sent to families.

Yes, we have a full-time support staff to take calls and answer emails from families with any questions.

Depending on the number of children signed up, we may send one photographer and one assistant or for larger centres we will send two teams.

Families are sent an email with a link to a private online gallery to view and purchase their child’s photos. If this method may not be the convenient for your centre, we can provide printed proof sheets in exceptional circumstances.

Families receive their galleries in approximately 2 weeks from the photo event.

Yes, staff receive 50% off their order

Sibling photos are taken at no extra charge. There is a discounted sibling package, but there are no other sibling discounts

All orders are placed online via STRIPE or credit card.  Printed orders are delivered to the centre in alphabetical order 4 weeks after the event for families to collect. Digital downloads are sent via email within 24 hours to families.

All printed orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to the centre in alphabetical order for families to collect. Families who require their orders early or would like the order sent to their home can arrange with us for a fee of $8.95.

Yes, we have a current Public Liability Insurance for 10 million AUD.

Yes, all staff hold current working with children checks.

We generally book 12 months in advance. The closer to the time, the less flexible we are with dates.
