“Parents loved the natural look of the photos. It wasn’t the forced smiles we used to get. Highly recommend Magic Photography.”

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We use a 100% contactless online system. Parents register via a QR code or link, view photos privately, and order from home. Your educators never touch cash or paperwork.

Very little. All we need is for you to email us your room database (names and groups). Once we have that, we handle the rest—generating logins, managing registrations, and answering all parent enquiries.

We offer two modes depending on your preference.

  • Studio Mode: Fast and budget-friendly. We set up in one room and classes rotate through quickly in a single morning.

  • Lifestyle Mode: Relaxed and varied. We attend over several days to capture play-based moments with less pressure on the schedule. You choose the style that fits your centre best.

We never force a smile. Our team is trained to build rapport quickly. If a child is unsettled, we step back and try again later. We aim to capture their natural personality, whether that’s a big laugh or a quiet moment of focus.

Yes. Every Magic Photography team member holds a current Victorian Working With Children Check (WWCC). We carry $10M Public Liability Insurance and adhere to strict privacy protocols for data storage.

We love your team! All staff receive complimentary professional headshots (perfect for your foyer board). Educators with children at the centre receive 50% off their personal orders. Plus, every staff member receives a free class group photo for the rooms they work in.
