Photo day at your centre or school is one of the few moments you don't have to plan. Here's how it all works.

How photo day works

  1. Your centre or school tells you the photo day date 2–4 weeks ahead
  2. You receive a QR code or link to pre-register your child (no payment yet)
  3. On the day, our friendly team photographs your child in 1–2 minutes
  4. Within 10 days, you receive an email with your private gallery link
  5. Browse, choose your favourites, and order packages or digital files
  6. Prints arrive at your home within 15 working days

What to wear

There's no uniform requirement (unless your school requires it). For lifestyle shots we love bright solid colours that suit your child's personality. Avoid logos and busy patterns for studio shots.

Sibling photos

Brothers and sisters at the same centre or school are photographed together at no extra charge. If they're at different sites, contact us — we can arrange a sibling top-up portrait session.

How much do photos cost?

Family packages start at $39 (digital only) and go up to $149 (Grandparents package with canvas, prints and digital). Order only what you love — there is zero commitment to buy.

How long is the gallery available?

Your gallery stays live for 90 days after photo day. After that, individual photos can still be ordered for an additional 12 months.

What if I'm not happy with the photos?

We offer a 7-day no-questions refund on every order. We also reshoot at no cost if you'd like a re-take.

Are photos used in marketing?

Never. Your child's images are only ever shown to your enrolled family unless you give us separate, written consent.
