One day or several — we plan around your registrations. We don't lock in a fixed number of days. Once families register, we condense the schedule efficiently. If your child isn't at the centre on a photo day, families are warmly invited to drop in during one of our scheduled visits — priority queue on arrival.
When we photograph a school, we can capture 500+ children in a single calm day. When we photograph a sports club, we shoot a whole team in a 15-minute slot. Childcare is the toughest of the three — because every child is on their own schedule, and every child has a different personality we're trying to draw out. There are nap times, tantrums, drop-offs at 11am, and the toddler who needs five minutes before she'll smile.

It depends on the style. A Classic natural candid session is unhurried — typically 15–20 minutes per child as we follow them through play. A Studio mini-portrait is much quicker — around 1–2 minutes per child. Either way, we never rush.
No. We operate a fully postpaid system. Families view their private online gallery first, then choose what they'd like to keep. There is zero financial commitment to take part.

Absolutely — our team is trained to work patiently with the youngest children. We never push a child who isn't ready; we simply come back later in the day.
Families are warmly invited to bring their child in during one of our scheduled visit days — they go straight to the front of the queue when they arrive. If enough children miss out, we can also schedule a return visit.
That depends entirely on your registrations. Sometimes a smaller centre is comfortably done in a single day; sometimes it takes several days. We don't commit to a fixed number — we condense efficiently around who's registered.
Every team member holds a current Victorian Working With Children Check. We can provide individual certificate numbers to your centre on request.
$10M Public Liability Insurance, which covers our work end to end. The current certificate is available on request and can be uploaded to your centre's compliance system.
Images are only shown to a child's enrolled guardians via a private password-protected gallery. Photos are never used in marketing without separate written consent.
